MRP SESSION PERTH
For those who are holding Non-MRP passport, please make yourself available on 11th of July 2015, the representative from Embassy will come to Perth to assist for MRP application paperworks etc.

****WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING ON THE DAY FOR MRP APPLICATION SESSION****
1.Original passport and a photocopy of its photo page(bio-data page)
2.Photocopy of Nepalese citizenship certificate
3.Five MRP standard photographs
4.$190 bank draft in the name of Embassy of Nepal or cash
5.Correct-sized and correctly filled in 2 copies of passport application form or saved data in a device. Please Click Here for Passport Application Form
6.Copy of electronic visa if applicable.

Venue: Centenary Park Community Centre, Corner of Daly Street/Barker Street, Belmont 6104.
Date: July 11, 2015 SATURDAY
Time: 11:00AM-6:00PM
